And if you like the thrills and spills of working out in groups we have a packed timetable of more than 50 free classes available every week. We’ve got different speeds to suit your needs!
Join online to get a free exercise induction from a qualified instructor who will explain how the equipment works and discover loads of perks in our members’ area which have discounts and special offers from leading brands and local businesses. If you want to try us out first book a day pass and get a flavour of what we have on the menu!
Notice to members:
We now accept contactless payment for our vending machines so you no longer have to carry loose change with you to the gym. If you fancy a light snack or protein fix pre or post workout, you can simply tap you bank card to pay.
