Hi, I'm Zak, what can you expect from me?
I'll do everything I can, from watching your form on lifts, to giving you accountability and motivation when it might be lacking.
I like to focus on being a friendly and approachable face in the gym and making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable exercising in our gyms.
I am very aware of the issues that people struggle with, and prior to becoming a personal trainer I had lived a shockingly unhealthy lifestyle myself for many years. This took a toll on my physical and mental health, the gym completely turned my life on it's head and I'd love to be able to give these benefits to anybody who's willing to put in the work.
