I understand first hand how difficult it is to feel so ready for change, yet not know exactly how to put it into practice.

Having had personal struggles with body image and mental health in the past, I only used gym for respite until I came to the realisation that a progressing fitness journey will manifest in all aspects of your life in all the best ways.

I’m here to help you in your goals, whether it’s just to swap out unhealthy lifestyle habits for healthy ones, to lose excess fat, build muscle or find mental release. The mind and body work as a unit, and my holistic approach works to empower every aspect of you to keep pushing for a better and healthier you.

My background in Biomedical Science and Pathology has opened my eyes to how unhealthy habits can really change your body so discreetly behind the scenes and that’s why I do my very best to encourage as many people as I can to set goals and be the most powerful version of themselves. I’m conscious of the underrepresentation of women’s health in the fitness world, and consistently work on educating myself so I can deliver effective and evidence-based help and create a safe space for women in fitness.
