My fitness journey began to help me fell confident in my own body and help me deal with exam stress.

Exercising has helped me to release the build-up of adrenaline (those butterflies you feel in your stomach when you're anxious). It has been my escape from a stressful day and has helped me deal with my anxiety.

Going to the gym isn't just about vanity. I see it as having a better lifestyle, improving your mental wellbeing and feeling good about yourself.
