I have over four years' experience both in Scotland and America including ranked climbers and a 'soccer' team in Boston. I currently play rugby for the Glasgow Lions. I have a really competitive side and I always try to draw the best out of everyone around me. I thrive under pressure and don't quit until I succeed. I love to get the full potential from people and make them go that extra mile.
I believe that fitness is an important aspect of life and it should be inclusive for everyone.
