Tom Warne

For the past decade I have devoted endless hours of my time achieving my goals within martial arts and the fitness world. Whether it was training with elites, fighting in different styles, lifting or functional fitness. I have the drive to keep the motivation and discipline but not just for myself, for others too.

I also have spent time working for a gender-based violence charity teaching self-defence and women empowerment to hundreds of girls and women in and around Surrey and London. Giving them the confidence and understanding their bodies are their own and teaching them use their bodies to protect themselves. 

After 8 years I thought about how I felt mentally, physically, and how it has helped me on a day-to-day basis. The answer is simple…amazing. I went out and achieved my level 3 Personal Training and became a self-defence instructor. Now it is time to give back and help others achieve their goals. If its for fitness, sports specific or learning a new skill, I am your guy and it would be a pleasure to help.
