Hi, I'm Tom! I've always been a massive sport person, I played football from a very young age, followed then with Tennis, Rugby, Tae-Kwon Do, Swimming and Golf. Playing so many different sports fueled my passion for the fitness world and allowed me to build lots of different skills to help others improve themselves. Before I started this job, I was a tennis coach for 2 years where I had a relatively large client pool of varying ages, from as young as 5 to 60+. This gave me plenty of experience in coaching people.
Pushing people to where they want to be, and where they deserve to be, is why I chose this as my career. The gym can be a scary place and sometimes we don't get to where we should be because of certain barriers that are in the way. My ultimate goal is to get you feeling confident in yourself and in your abilities to make you feel like you can do anything. You'll be surprised how much feeling even the slightest bit more confident can massively improve your training.
I specialize in strength training, but don't let that put you off by thinking I'm going to make you throw massive weights around every week. Strength training and resistance training for me allows people to fully realise what they're capable of. Reaching that potential that you clearly have is a great feeling.
Oh, and if you think I'm going to ask you to stop eating the foods you love, think again! Goals can still be reached without removing the things you enjoy.
