Welcome to my profile! I’m so glad we found each other.

 

My name is Sweta and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Vitiligo Thriver, Physique Athlete and a huge Wellness Advocate - also currently specialising in behaviour change. 

I have always been very active but my journey into health & fitness really started after I lost some of the most precious people in my life, my father and my grandparents, all within a short span of time due to health complications. This painful experience made me dig deeper into health, nutrition and fitness studies and since then my passion and mission is to inspire, empower and help others thrive in their health and fitness journey.

My fitness philosophy is to find a form of movement you love and integrate that as part of your daily life/rituals. Our body is the only vehicle we have all our life and we should take good care of it so we can remain functional, increase our longevity and consequently enjoy life with the people we love in great health. 

We each have a certain fitness level or goal we want to reach, but it is equally important to find balance in other areas of our life for our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. I am constantly striving to approach fitness with the discipline level of that of an athlete while trying to maintain balance in other areas of my life and always reminding myself of the big picture. 

Mindset, nutrition, exercise, habits are all important pillars of your health, fitness & wellbeing. I’d be happy to explore these with you, should you choose to work with me.

I am mainly focused on working with busy women over 30 looking to achieve a toned healthy body, look and feel amazing with a boost of confidence and better self-esteem. If this sounds like you, then we are a match!
