I first got into fitness when I was low on self-confidence and had zero motivation. My goal at the time was to lose weight but I didn’t know where to start. I decided to kick-start my training with a Personal Trainer because I knew I needed that first initial push, not only to motivate me but to give me the confidence to train on my own.
After months of training I started to see the results I was aiming for. It had a major impact on my life and gave me the confidence I never knew I had.
I chose this career because I have experienced at first hand the impact it can have on your life for the better. I have both gained healthy weight and lost unwanted body fat on my journey.
