I’ve been a PT for 2 years working mainly (but not exclusively) with females wanting to lose weight with a lack of confidence, knowledge and routine. 


I understand the struggles that you have when trying to learn how to lose weight especially when seeing loads of other people in the gym who seem like they know what they’re doing. 


I constantly support clients who where previously the “Classes and treadmill only” type. Now over the past 2 years I’ve been proud to support many people like yourself who’re just wanting to look and feel better about themselves. 


More so, proud to have helped people become more educated, motivated and accountable to themselves to be able to go off with confidence and run the whole fitness, thing on their own.
