As an avid endurance runner and weightlifter, I grew tired of being told I can't do both.
With intentional and structured training, you can run longer, lift stronger an make progress across all aspects of your fitness.
My job is to give you the knowledge, tools and support that you need to reach your goals, whether that is to climb your first mountain, run your first marathon or to improve your strength.
