Coming from a 15-year background in acute women’s healthcare I decided to make the leap into personal health and fitness training.
I started my own transformation journey 3 years ago by hiking the 4 highest mountains in the UK and Republic of Ireland and was hooked. I went on to seek out indoor and outdoor gyms in 20+ countries around Europe, 48 states in America and the mountains of Canada.

CIMSPA registered, I transitioned into personal training because I passionately believe that anyone can make a positive change, whatever stage of their life they are at. Let me help you start your own journey.
