My education in fitness started with a HNC in Fitness Health and Exercise before going onto Edinburgh Napier University to further develop my knowledge on the psychological side of things. With 5 years experience on the gym floor and working with hundreds of clients I’ve developed my own way of coaching that can help you get the results you want.
Recently, after being diagnosed with a genetic kidney disease, I have realised more than ever how vital having a strong mindset and creating positive habits is in life and together this is what I hope we can create. After undergoing a kidney transplant, I know all too well how difficult it can be to face adversity and overcome a challenge. It’s this experience that I can lean on to help you overcome the obstacles that may be in your way during your fitness journey.
I have a passion for helping others and will provide all the tools you need to make your time in the gym as stress free as possible. Together we’ll build good habits that are structured around your lifestyle in order to achieve the results you are striving for. Let’s get started!
