As a professionally trained dancer and yoga teacher, my entire life has been committed to pushing physical boundaries to achieve things I never thought I was capable of. I have learnt how to challenge my body to new limits and am continuously improving my strength and flexibility to levels I thought were way out of my reach.
I want to help you to achieve this as well. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or become stronger, I will work with you to not only achieve, but to exceed these goals and unlock new potential. Alongside personalised exercise programming and nutrition advice, I will incorporate my knowledge and experience in mobility training to help you to enhance your training and everyday movements.
I am a strong believer that challenging your body and becoming stronger physically, is one the best ways to become stronger and more confident mentally.
