I am a lifestyle coach focusing on making workouts fun and rewarding. I am passionate about helping people and understand everyone is on their own fitness journey and I am here to help with every step.
I first got into training 7 years ago when I felt body conscious and low in confidence. I started with cardio which didn’t really do much for me. I then started lifting weights, with the help of YouTube and Instagram videos, we’ve all been there! Over the years I became stronger, gained confidence, lost weight and started to understand the importance of training, health and mental wellbeing a whole lot more.
My aim is to get more women into lifting weights and leading a confident, healthy lifestyle for themselves. I am from a South Asian background and understand the risk implications such as heart disease and diabetes are much higher for this ethnic group, due to this my focus is to work with Asian women and reduce the risk of any health implications in the future.
