I am a strength/conditioning and calisthenics coach who has been resistance training for 8 years and training bodyweight since 2021, throughout my time in the gym I have learned many things such as the value of consistency, hard work and dedication. As a naturally very underweight person it has been incredibly gratifying seeing my own personal transformation which is also the main driving force behind my work ethic as a personal trainer, I’m confident I have the tools to help you reach your goals and will do everything in my power to do so.
In terms of my style of training I use a mix of bodyweight and free weights with a focus on building strong joints and support structures (Back, elbows, knees etc.), and the intensity can be quite high but also reasonable. Clients can also expect to constantly be learning and building confidence that will help them train effectively years after our sessions. My favourite part of training other people is watching them slowly start to believe they can do things that they never thought they could as it was also a big part of my calisthenics journey etc. muscle ups and handstand press ups.
