Hi I’m Rachael, I’m a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer.
I want to start my introduction by saying I was ‘that girl’. I went to the gym because I felt like I had to; I had no idea of what I really wanted to achieve other than lose weight and I would only do cardio exercise because I had the very common misconception that lifting weights would make me bulky instead of aiding with body recomposition.
I first started working with a personal trainer in 2016 and absolutely fell in love with training, lifting weights and all things exercise. I’m not going to lie it wasn’t easy and my journey certainly hasn’t been straight forward, but it is exactly that; a journey. I finally had a plan and someone to push me towards hitting my own goals whatever they were.
This spurred me on to gain my qualifications and put into practice what I had learnt both on my own physical journey and on my course, I am here to help, to point you in the right direction, to spur you on and be your cheerleader no matter what your goal is or experience level.
