Hi, I’m Paddy. I’m a coach specialising in helping beginners fall in love with strength training and feeling confident in every corner of the gym.
My background is in Strength and Conditioning — working with professional rugby clubs helping athletes develop for their sport. However, what I enjoy the most is helping people go from complete beginners to "hell yeah, I belong in this gym" in a few short weeks… so that’s what I do.
