I trained as a professional dancer in Middlesex University where I first found my love of fitness and training. I decided to delve further into fitness by becoming a Personal Trainer so I could support others looking to get into fitness and train efficiently for their goals.

I love training with functional movement, combing bodyweight and weight training to optimise power, endurance and to alter body composition. This will help you burn fat, build confidence and become fitter and stronger. I believe training should be fun and dynamic building a healthier lifestyle that works around you!

From my own experience I know how intimidating it can be starting out at the gym and knowing what the right programme for your body and goals is. I started working out at home in order to build stamina and lose weight and eventually I built up the confidence to come to the gym and push myself further. From those looking for a head start into fitness to dancers looking to optimise their training, whoever you are I am here to support and guide you to maintain the change you are eager to see!
