After 13 years of working long hours in office jobs, I know just how hard it is to find a good work-life balance, before including training and good nutrition. I managed found a good balance, learning how much training and eating well can help your physical and mental health.
I took the leap into Personal Training to help others learn about training and nutrition and how to balance this around their day to day life.
