I've been involved in sports (football, martial arts & skiing) from the age of 6. I've spent nearly 10 years in the sports and fitness industry, with 6 years of personal training experience at PureGym. Currently, I'm in my final year of a BSc in strength & conditioning, and during my time at PureGym, I've completed over 15 courses to ensure I can provide my clients with the best information possible to reach their goals.
Throughout my time in the fitness industry, I've worked with numerous people from all walks of life. Besides PureGym, I am currently working at Coalville Gymnastics Club and working with a few future athletes in football academies. I've witnessed clients undergo significant transformations and seen some return to the sport they love after serious injuries.
