I found a strong love for athletics (sprinting) and have been dedicated athlete training and competing for over 10 years, more specifically in the 400m. I joined a gym 6 years ago to assist my athletics training, but to also improve my body confidence. After school I went to university to study Sport Psychology, followed by the Level 3 Personal Training qualification a year later. I strive to be the best version of myself physically and mentally.
I continue to test my limits by lifting heavier, running quicker, exploring new exercises, setting new goals and overcoming mental barriers, such as “I can’t do it”, “I give up”, “I’ll only do one more”.
