7 years ago I underwent Scoliosis reconstruction surgery on my spine. This is where metal rods and pins are attached to your spine to make it straight. After this happened I gained 6 stone in total and didn't know how to get started with my weight loss.
I would walk into a gym and go straight to the treadmill as I had no clue how to train or where to start. This was just the easiest machine to work with. I invested in a personal trainer and I have never looked back since.
I had no confidence inside or outside of the gym and would try any form of quick fix or diet that I could find to help me lose weight fast. Now I know how to train effectively, eat a healthy balanced diet and still maintain a social life and feel great whilst doing so.
As a personal trainer my job is to show you how to work your way around the gym, how to execute workouts safely, how to gain muscle, drop the pounds and feel physically and mentally stronger.
