Hi, my name is Mo. 

My fitness journey began 10 years ago. Although I was always involved in various sports, I was severely under weight had a bad diet with low self esteem.  A friend of mine literally dragged me to the gym and I’ve never looked back. My hobby became my passion and decided to turn my passion into a career.

I find great satisfaction in helping people reach their fitness goals. I design bespoke plans for each individual with nutritional guidance. We will analyse the areas which are most important to you and set ourselves short term goals in regard to your training and nutrition.  Making subtle changes to your plans as you progress. Increasing your knowledge and confidence so you can take what you learn and use it in future.  Along with the physical side of the training we will work towards a healthy and fit lifestyle.
