Hi my name is Milan.

Coming from an exercise and science background, I have experienced working with youth athletes up to professionals. Majority of my time as a Strength and conditioning coach and sport scientist, has been around professional football with Oxford United FC. I have also experienced working with TASS athletes as a S&C coach in different sports such as hockey, rowing and swimming.

Transitioning into personal training, I am here to provide the same level of knowledge and tools for you to break down your obstacles and reach your goals. Having experienced working with different groups of people, I use an open-minded approach to provide a specific plan that will be suited around your lifestyle and goals. My own experiences of injuries and setbacks have led me to make it my mission to educate and empower you to own your movement. This will allow you to have a positive outlook on health and fitness, while making it simpler to reach your goals and create long term results.
