My aim is to "teach you to fish" so you can achieve long term fitness that is sustainable.

Having suffered with depression and PTSD, I fully understand just how far you can go off track and how scary the journey back can seem.

However, with a little patience, guidance and consistency, together with a good nutritional guide i will help  you rediscover the you, that you love!
