I'm Megan, and I am the female's fitness coach!
I am very passionate about fitness and exercise however, before my knowledge of training and nutrition was fully developed, I experienced first-hand many common struggles and barriers such as being overweight, feeling self conscious, restricting food types and training.
I enjoy working with females who have limited experience of weight training and feel they lack direction and accountability. I also focus on educating my clients about nutrition, sleep and stress management.
I can relate to the struggles that many of my clients face but thrive off knocking those barriers down to help them achieve their goals.
