Matt Lezon

I have always been very active ever since a young age, but this does not mean I was healthy. Growing up I was always extremely skinny, weak physically and weak mentally. I was determined to make a change and break the cycle. Since I started I have managed to put on 40kg in body weight which has not only improved all aspects of my life physically but also mentally. The impact this has had on me has been more than I could have imagined.

My sessions will be personalised to suit the individual needs and desires of each of my clients, through a mixture of hard work and most importantly, Fun. One of the biggest factors in keeping consistent is finding a training style that works for you not in the short, but long-term.

With my knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Nutrition, I will change your lifestyle and create a plan suited exactly to your needs, breaking through those bad habits and setting more sustainable ones, as well as creating a balance keeping all the things you enjoy doing still in your life Whether your goals are Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Overall Health, Technique Correction or Working on your Confidence in the Gym, we will achieve this together
