I am a Level 3 personal trainer with more than 9 years of experience training clients of all abilities though I have been training for over 20 years. During this time, I have completed well over 9000 personal training sessions.
I do not consider what I do to be just a job – it is my passion. Changing people's lives for the better brings me a lot of satisfaction, and I am fully dedicated to helping anyone make the right changes that will improve their fitness and stamina, making them stronger and healthier than before.
