Getting into fitness and weight training has been the best decision I have ever made. Not only has it allowed me to attain the physique I have always wanted, it has also shaped me in all aspects of my life in becoming the person I've always wanted to be and I am very grateful for it.

I entered the gym for the first time in Sept of 2012. From that moment on, life for me was never the same again. I was tired of having no charisma and confidence. Training helped me come out of that mindset. My body grew and in turn so did my character, personality and discipline.

I owe a lot to fitness and revolve my daily life around it. And now I would just like to give back and help you experience the results that I have experienced and better.
