Luke Ayrton Bryant
My interest in fitness really sparked when I started full contact karate almost a decade ago. I have spent many years practicing, teaching and competing, winning a handful of national tournaments in that time. I incorporated both bodyweight and weight training, as well as conditioning to achieve success, and have learnt a great deal along the way. I have recently shifted my focus more towards gaining muscle size, as I have found a huge amount of enjoyment in progressing through this style of training, both physically and mentally. I truly believe that loving the process is the key to long term success.
I welcome anyone who wants to make progress in their fitness and physique. I will happily share my knowledge and skills about training, diet and nutrition, to help you to achieve your desired goal.
