Hi guys, I’m Lucy.

 

I began my fitness journey 6 years ago myself stepping in a gym as a complete beginner, I struggled with many barriers including motivation, discipline, and knowledge. I gained my confidence and peace through much sweat and tears. I have a strong passion for fitness and have pushed myself to limits I never deemed possible including training for Powerlifting. I am a student at Nottingham Trent University so I can understand how hard it is to balance fitness with a busy schedule including workouts and nutrition, because why would you choose a bag of carrot sticks over a McFlurry! I have achieved a balance through hard work and consistency proving that anything is possible with the correct mindset and support.

 

One of the myths I have encountered in the fitness industry is the belief that progress is linear. Success should be every moment of progress whether it is walking to work or getting your first pull up. My pursuit is to assist and motivate you to break them barriers stopping you from success. I can guarantee my service will support you and your needs as you embark on your own personal journey.
