My own fitness journey started10 years ago when I lost 8.5 stone. It made me realise the positive impact exercise has on not only our physical but also our mental health.
Losing weight and feeling better both physically and mentally had a big impact on all aspects of my life.
It also improved my confidence and self esteem.
