I've been training for over 5 years which has led me to build a huge passion for the gym and working out. I now hope to share this passion with others and help change lives throughout the gym.
When I started my own fitness journey I was very self-conscious of myself and was severely underweight, weighing around 60kg. Through years of consistent training and dedication, I've now gained over 20kg of muscle mass. Now I have done this I can confidently say anyone can achieve their goals if they put their mind to it. My goal is to see everyone one of my clients make amazing progress and I'll be with you every step of the way.
Achieving your goals will be done through well-thought-out training sessions packed with not only good intensity and motivation but vast knowledge of training from myself.
