This used to be me 2 years ago! I struggled with confidence in myself physically and mentally. I decided to join the gym and trained for 3-4 years focusing on weight loss. I managed to lose 3 stone in weight during this time. This gave me more confidence in myself mentally and physically.

This was when I knew that I wanted to become a personal trainer and wanted to help people who have been in my situation.
