I’m a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer, who is also working towards level 4 whilst undertaking a nutrition diploma.
When I say I’ve been there, I’ve been there. I myself have undergone a transformation, going from a sedentary lifestyle with a unhealthy relationship with food, to healthy eating, and a consistent workout program. This led me to lose weight sustainably and healthily, as well as gaining confidence and a new lease of life.
And that’s exactly what I promote. No quick fix’s, I want to give you the tools to be able to form new life-long habits, and change your life, whatever your long-term goal.
My mission is to enable you to see the true potential in yourself, be limitless. To be able to gain that confidence, and become stronger not only physically, but physiologically and mentally. I’ll push you to reach your goals, and discover new levels you didn’t even know existed.
