Since the age of 8 my life has revolved around sport. Over the years I have a range of achievements from county to national level, most being from my main athletic event, javelin.
I took a gap year and I found a love for the gym, I enjoyed the process of getting stronger and seeing the benefits physically and mentally from training. Most importantly I gained a massive amount of confidence, of which I wouldn’t have had maybe even a year ago. I have developed a love for powerlifting as it allows to reach my personal limits, of which I wish to take internationally one day.
If you have a goal and you want it bad enough then you'll find a way to make it happen. Having me as your personal trainer will mean I will be able to push you to your own limits and supply you with your own bespoke training in order for you to become a stronger and fitter version of yourself.
