I have a lot of varied personal experience in weightloss, muscle building, calisthenics and Mixed Martial Arts! I can provide nutrition advice, workout plans, food dairies/tracking and even discounted supplements. We will also have optional socials for everyone who wants to meet others with the same passion for fitness whether that be meals, hikes or dog walks!
