I strongly believe in how fitness can be used as a tool to improve people’s lives and overcome negative mental health issues, as it has my own. Fitness has given me confidence I never thought I’d have and has completely changed my life for the better.
I want to arm you with the knowledge and skills you need to be able to smash and surpass your goals, whatever they may be. From losing weight, to gaining strength or muscle, or simply to get more structure to your training, I am eager to help.
When I first bought a gym membership, I did not use it for the first year. I know how daunting even stepping through the door can be. I am here to help to you feel comfortable whilst having as much fun as possible during our sessions.
