I’m here at PureGym to help people reap the rewards of consistent and thought-out exercise alongside a balanced and specific diet. Coming from a scientific background, I have applied my analytical skills to my own fitness journey and followed the principals of smart, science-backed training.
Alongside the obvious weight loss and improved fitness, regular tailored exercise can have a number of positive effects on your mental and spiritual health, allowing you to feel more in tune with your body and less fatigued, stressed and demotivated - giving you mental clarity and a brighter outlook.
I look to aid people who are new to fitness and unsure of where to start or who may have plateaued since beginning their journey. I take an empathetic approach where I learn how you are best motivated before we aim to let discipline steer our progress to the next step; all in a patient and welcoming environment, prioritising mindfulness of movement.
