Kieran Liddle

Hi my name is Kieran. I’m a certified personal trainer and have been a CrossFit trainer since 2020. I’m dedicated to providing personalised training plans that take my client’s schedules, goals, preferences, limitations, and experience in mind.

 

I’ve competed in many long-distance running races & continue to regularly compete in CrossFit competitions. Using this experience, I’ve gained an excellent knowledge of functional fitness and sport specific training which is why I decided to become a personal trainer. I want to help people overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, learn something new and most importantly have fun!
