Kieran Deehan
I have been involved with sports from a young age with playing football for 10 plus years and also boxing for another 3 years and recently I completed the Edinburgh marathon. I started training in the gym when I was 16 focusing on getting stronger and building muscle.
Helping others has always been a passion of mine and I find I’m at my happiest when I’m able to help other people reach their own fitness goals. When starting out in the gym it can be very intimidating from worrying about being judged by other people to trying to find out what exercises you should be doing in the gym to help reach your goals and this is something I definitely felt when I started out at the gym.
So just by having someone to help and give you the correct guidance will go a long way and that is the reason I have decided to become a personal trainer, to be able to give people that guidance I was missing when I first started out. I want to be able to provide a service where my clients can feel at ease when coming to the gym and week by week becoming a step closer to that more confident, healthier, happier person than they want to become.
Remember you don’t have to be great or perfect to start you just need to find the courage that’s inside of you and take that first step and I will be here to support and guide you the whole way.
