Jude Curtis

Hey, my name is Jude and I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Type 1 Diabetic. I’m here to help you train, move, and feel like an athlete! Growing up I played football competitively, travelling to France and Germany to play against the local teams. With this experience, it has allowed me to feel what it is like to compete at a high level, and I aim to bring this intensity to every session. This pushed me to complete a Bachelors in Sports Coaching at University, which ultimately led to my studies in a Masters Strength & Conditioning Science program. I also coach Strength and Conditioning for professional football, which constantly sharpens my competitive edge as both coach and athlete.

 

Whether you play sport recreationally, competitively, or just want to move and feel like an athlete, I’ll provide the framework and the motivation to achieve this. I take modern sport science and nutrition principles and create fun and effective programs that cater towards your unique lifestyle and goals.

 

I am also uniquely equipped to help those with Diabetes, as when I was 14, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I will work closely with you to devise exercise and nutrition strategies to improve your management of diabetes, as it is my mission to show diabetics that their condition does not hold them back from doing amazing things.
