Josh Skillington
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2015 and have enjoyed all things health & fitness for the last 10 years leading me to study Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning in Leeds. Lifting weights started as a way for me to lose weight and gain confidence but lead to me competing & medalling nationally in Olympic Weightlifting. I no longer compete but still have fun with my training, focusing on strength training and quality movement.
I am lucky to have years of experience and knowledge which I aim to pass on to my clients through fun, engaging, evidence-based coaching. I take a holistic approach focusing on training, nutrition, and lifestyle factors to help you reach your goals in a sustainable way, without sacrificing too much of the things you enjoy!
