Rugby, swimming and Tae-Kwon Do were my sports growing up, all demanding activities that developed my passion for fitness. This drove me towards studying a degree in Sport Science and a Masters in Strength & Conditioning.
During my Masters, I learned how to apply scientific principles to all types of training, with the importance of functional movement a key factor to success. During our consultation, I’ll use a functional movement test to identify your strengths and weaknesses and design a programme tailored to your training needs.
