Jimmy Pethrus

Sports and fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been weight training for over 10 years and am equipped with a lot of experience in a wide variety of sports. I’m a qualified Rock Climbing Instructor and Scuba Divemaster. I’ve also competed in Swimming and hold a Brown Belt in Kickboxing, so I can relate to many different fitness interests and needs.

Being physically fit has landed me roles in movies such as Avengers, Kingsman, Ready Player One and Star Wars to name just a few, and it’s essential in my training for the British Stunt Register.

As a Personal Trainer, I know what you need to build strength as well as size, and whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, or just keep fit, I can help you.
