Jason Hart

After serving in the Royal Navy for 4 years I decided to pursue my one true passion as a career. Fitness has changed my life exponentially and it is my goal as a personal trainer to help you have a similar experience. I believe fitness should be kept simple and individual to each specific person. If you are better than you were yesterday, you are winning! It is my promise as a trainer to help you achieve this. Whether that be experiencing less pain in your day-to-day life or training for a marathon, the principles are the same – Show up, be consistent and anything is achievable.

Looking online can be confusing and cause paralysis by analysis, I know this because that was me for many years. First fats were bad for you, then it was carbs. Then you’re told not to do cardio, but someone else claims cardio is life changing and everyone should be doing it! You hop from programme to programme to get to your goals but end up spinning your wheels and getting no further forward. The effort put in doesn’t equal the rewards given.

I can get you on a journey where your efforts are rewarded. Putting work in to achieve tangible physical targets and getting stronger, fitter, and healthier will lead you to achieving not only a body you feel comfortable in, but also an elevated mood and sense of confidence.

Small changes everyday compound into something great and lead to an overwhelming lasting change. I believe everyone can improve, no matter the situation. So why not you?
