I’m 29 years old, originally from Dumbarton and have been involved in fitness my whole life. It has had such a positive impact on my mental and physical health, and I love to share this with as many people as I can.
I do my utmost to make the sessions as enjoyable as possible, as I believe if you enjoy something you are far more likely to adhere to it. I also keep things simple and easy to progress, whilst educating my clients along the way so they feel more comfortable in the gym.
