Hello, I’m a qualified personal trainer, I’ve always had a passion for fitness from a young age playing football every weekend.
I started going to the gym when I was around 17 years old to improve myself mentally and physically, for me fitness is a great way to do that.
I started my journey to becoming a personal trainer because I want to share my knowledge and what I’ve learned with others and help you make changes and reach your goal.
I've learned that one plan does not fit every one and everybody is different which is why I want to help you with a plan that works for you.
