Hi, I am James - the person who is going to help you to achieve your goals. I know you are probably thinking right now "is this coach the right fit for me?" so let me help you decide.

First things first - I love Nutella. I occasionally create myself to Dairy Milk chocolate and I enjoy going out with my friends for a meal out! Over time I have learned that I can still enjoy all of those things and still live in a body that is mentally and physically fit and healthy.

The reason why I wanted to become a Personal Trainer is to help other people to get the results that they want, to be stronger, more confident, to give them the knowledge for the rest of the life and the ability to not need a PT afterwards. I am not about a quick fix or another failed diet! I want my clients to see that you don’t have to feel hungry to lose weight and that no food is off limits. I want all my clients to be happy with their bodies, to feel stronger, to feel confidence in the weight section no matter what gender you are. My aim is to humanise the fitness industry and I would love to take you on this journey with me.
